Service Description

As part of a 45 minute session we can stretch, sit on mats, relax and breathe to become invigorated.

Please cancel 48 hours before set appointment time or $25.00 fee will be collected as a cancellation fee.

To avoid cancellation fees, please reschedule or can appointments more than 48 hours before the date of time of the scheduled appointment. If this is not done, a $25 fee will be assessed against the payment with the balance being refunded or used toward the rescheduled appointment.
