Service Description

This service is suggested for people as a step down for people who have become semi-stabilized and have already been in weekly therapy. Anyone is able to purchase this subscription. This would entail 2 services via teleheallth or in person.

Please cancel 48 hours before set appointment time or $25.00 fee will be collected as a cancellation fee.

To avoid cancellation fees, please reschedule or can appointments more than 48 hours before the date of time of the scheduled appointment. If this is not done, a $25 fee will be assessed against the payment with the balance being refunded or used toward the rescheduled appointment.
